How were you able to submit i485 and i765 in March , 2023 as it was not current?

@Mr X I believe that he did not or it is his mistake. in case he did , his I-485 or I-765 will be denied.

@shiblee mir he can file, it won’t be denied. The I1485 won’t be approved until his Pd is current again.
