did ur case denied ?

this is following reason cbp can deny entry at a port of entry because parole is a discretionary, case-by-case decision made upon arrival. CBP may deny entry if they find you are inadmissible due to prior immigration violations, criminal convictions, or changes in your circumstances. Abandonment of Status: You stayed abroad longer than permitted or for reasons not consistent with the granted parole. you use 4 times your PAROLE. it’s not a visa the last one Immigration fraud or misrepresentation. see you buddy

@turbo charge No don't know the reason they said it's not valid I talked to my attorney and he said as we can see and check from here it's valid your Airlines may making drama you can change your airline and then I changed my airline first it was qatar airways return from qatar they didn't accept second I used Airindia which was Direct flight from Delhi to SFO but they also denied this card they called their supervisor they also checked and couldn't help and left with sorry and again I talked to my attorney he said you can check with USCIS the reason before I traveled I confirm with my lawyer they send you can go with your Advance parole there's no any problem with that and this thing happened.

@The only one Iam not the only one who travels often with vawa there arr many people who travels more than 5 times a year and it was my 3rd time since the beginning of 2025 and I stayed in my country only for 40 days

Hi, I’ve travelled with Qatar Airlines before and didn’t face any problems. Maybe login to your USCIS account and check if all the cases are still pending. Do you have a combo card? Maybe try booking another direct flight from your hoke country?

Check your online USCIS account. Two airlines has denied you. That means something is definitely wrong.

@Jasmine Rahman yes I also Traveled with qatar and it was my 4th time to travel with qatar and they denied and then I booked direct flight denied their also No criminal history paid my taxes No violation not even a ticket and there was the one guy with AP in qatar denied his entry also he was from south india he didn't tell me the exact thing why he got denied and he left but I waited long time to check my with attorney and with my friends and Was hoping something will happen but nothing happened my friend suggest to book direct then the same thing happened

@A M All Indian Nationals holding Advance Parole/Combo Card document are further NOT allowed to re-enter or board flights to UNITED STATES.Doesn’t matter if it is non-stop flights or flights with multiple stops.Any Airline Departing INDIA can’t accept AP. It is because of ongoing VAWA Fraud.

@A M If you check your case status your I 131 is still pending since biomatrix, are you sure you had an active advance parole.

@A M Using advance parole on pending asylum application is an automatic denial to reenter, you can't go back to a country where you filed asylum against. It all makes sense now.

your lawyer didn't mentioned that you can't go back to a country that you filed asylum against? You have probaply lost your asylum status because you showed you are not in any fear of going back. And I love India by the way, best of luck to you
