Stop waiting in line for EB2 and EB3!
I am born in India. My EB2 date was 2017!
I spent 1.5 years making my profile #EB1 ready, and got EB1 and my Green card!!
It was a concerted effort building my profile and brand, and I recommend you all to explore this option!
I am planning to help others on this path by providing coaching and mentorship, initially starting with a free webinar: check out goeb1.com and register.
If nothing else, you will learn about EB1

@Vin Ken was your I-140 approved for EB1?
Go GreenApr 28, 2023
@TC K did they automatically port your PD during i140 approval? or you had to submit additional documents during your 485 for PD porting from EB2?
S SSApr 28, 2023
@mocha m Generally it happens automatically. if in case it’s somehow missed, you need to contact them.

thanks @S SS - if I have PD based on employer A and I’m working for employer B with perm still in process. can I still be considered for PD from employer A for my eb1a i140 approval?
S SSApr 29, 2023
@mocha m If your PERM based green card application has I-140 approved then in the approved I-797 that you will receive, will have your PD mentioned on it. You can use that as a proof for porting your PD to your EB-1A when you file I-485 or if somehow you miss it, then later contact USCIS via service request or something like that.
