I had my biometrics on Oct 27th, but still waiting for EAD decision. My lawyer said it will take about 6 months since I apply ( that was in Sep)

you’ll wait for a while unless you paid for premium processing. EADs take anywhere from 8 to 12 month. Sometimes less, sometimes more, but that’s their official data. Goog luck!

@al manito it depends, I am pretty sure your attorneys know better. There are always exceptions to the rule. I would suggest doing your own research or you can always have a second opinion on your case from another attorney

Al Manito, not all employment based green card petitions have premium processing option. I suggest you first find out what category you are and then do a research on google. If you can do a premium processing, I highly suggest you do it.
