yes I understand the frustration I've been waiting more then 19 month my petition is still pending no idea how long it will take more

I did my I-130 on january 23,2023 and also did k3 on march 23, 2023 and still waiting. they are processing january cases right now

@amber tahir my husband is also from Pakistan I apply for him i130 on April 2023 but still show me on review my lawyer from usa told me that this case will finish before 14 month for Pakistani passport holder not taking long I hope so it finish in that time

@estrella lopez .. my case is LPR F2A waiting already 24 months still no approval, US citizen cases process is faster then LPR , within 2 years your husband will be in USA,

expect your approval from March next year. we'll i know no two cases are the same

@shah a same boat. 18moths in California IR1 and nothing yet living overseas

@Maria pimentel As much as I know It will take another six to seven months The Islamabad Embassy is now interviewing the case which was file in July and August 2021 I am waiting for California service centre my case was transferred from the Nebraska service centre to California if you hear anything from them so let me know please

@estrella lopez is your husband going to have his interview in islamabad? Hopefully it won’t take 14 months, they are processing january right now and february and march dont have alot of cases, the only thing that worries me is I heard getting a appointment for the interview could take a while.

@amber tahir I think so he will have interview in Islamabad but currently he live in Abu Dhabi what you expect islambad or Abu Dhabi which location will be better for interview

@estrella lopez I honestly think anywhere but islamabad is a better option but wheb you file your case you have to give them a location for the interview so I don’t know if you can change it.
