still not approved
After my second activitely reviewing email on Saturday and no update I checked with Emma today, my case is still not approved and no RFE has been issued. how much longer 😡 how many actively reviews do you get before case gets approved??? I guess I’ll be waiting another six months😡😡😡😡

@jet blue I asked the same question to an agent online since my status changed to AR on Aug12. they told me to wait 30 business days.. which is 25 September.. count your business days after AR and wait till the date.. if it’s still same you can call or chat with them..:( sorry it’s what it’s.. hope we all hear good news soon🙏🏼

@jet blue I see that.. but my case is also climbing to 2 years and yes this is my second AR. I was expecting to hear some news by next day or next week just like you.. so I decided to talk to an agent and this is what I get.. just wait 30 business days don’t freak out yet..

aug 12. yes for 485. if you haven’t had your interview yet they might schedule an interview in 30 days.

@jet blue my case was in Cleveland office for no reason.. I’m in jersey.. but transferred to jersey before interview.. just hang in there mf patience will pay back 🙏🏼

@baris kurt did they tell you your interview was waived at all? they told me my interview was waived in September 2022
