Still No Approval
Dealing with a lot of anxiety and stress. My wife is pregnant due in June and I have not heard anything about my case. I know it is going to be even harder to be away from my family when our baby is born. Hopeful God will help us!
I did reach out via chat on Friday and they told me the following:
Your case is at (CALIFORNIA SERVICE
CENTER) and the last time an officer
reviewed your case was (05-10-2024) There
are no notices issued and nothing on your
case that requires your attention at this time.
please continue to wait while the case is in
process.
Hopeful this means we are close to I130 approval!

I empathize with the challenges you are facing. As someone awaiting approval myself, I understand the frustrations involved. However, maintaining a positive outlook is key during this time. Wishing you the best of luck
