Remember if it is due to marriage you must upload evidence of the marriage and you can do that at any time and letters from friends as well that talk about the relationship, that will avoid an RFE, I did it on August 11, 2024 and on August 12, 2024 they approved my husband's case, he is in Texas priority date October 13, 2023 he was barely 10 months old and had sent the k3 in January too @Onion A

upload some of your marriage ceremony pictures then upload pictures of you guys on vacation together and these pictures needs to be with date and time stamp on it. then you need to have statements from witnesses those who attended the marriage you can ask your friends to give a statement that they attended the marriage and they know this is a valid marriage. then if you have a joint account you can upload that evidence. then of you have kids together you can upload birth certificates of kids. then if you have a rent agreement with both of your names. you can upload all these documents under unsolicited evidence and USCIS will consider those documents while making a decision on your application.

and remember one thing any document you are submitting must be in English if it’s not in English you can get a translation from a court. which country you are applying this?

@Paula Franco for the photos, do you suggest uploading individual or I've seen some suggestions of a PDF of photos.

@Onion A For photos you can upload them both ways but time stamp is important to show thm that you have a relationship after your marriage as well.
