anybody else new social security number begins with a high number and it dosent show when you're trying to use it on stuff like cashapp?

it doesn't recognize it, it won't verify it.
I was reading online where ssn issued after 2011 are created randomly instead of by zip code which is how they use to do it before, they call it randomization, I just wanted to know if anybody else knows about it
