@s p So we received the same thing. PD is August 2022, filed March 10, 2023 and Cro since April 2023. Became current in 01/01/24. We sent SR through our lawyers in February and got the same response in March. Then we asked the Congressman for help twice and got that same response. Finally did a Senator's request 2 weeks ago, no response yet but got approval for my husband and I on 06/06/ 24. All I can say is try everything, pray and wait. I also did case inquiry on my own in April. Seems they started approving several similar cases this week. I believe yours is on the way. Best.

@s p +1 to what @ mentioned. Our case went into CRP in Dec 2023 while being current and SR replies were similar, and we recently got cases approved. Looks like they are getting to crp cases this month. Hope that you get approved soon!

@Yas I I submitted concurrently in Oct 2022. I was placed in CRP in Oct 2023. submitted medicals at same time too in Oct 2022.

I received that same response too even though PD is current since April of this year, I did service request and ask congress help without asking help from my lawyer and last Monday I received the greatest news of NCBP. I am so happy😁
