Spousal Visa
My spousal visa is in process currently I'm living abroad and my husband is US citizen. I wanna know about that how my husband can file tax return jointly because I don't have SSN and also what benefits he can get if he file tax returns? TIA

so for him to file on u on his taxes u need to be present on USA to get the ITIN ,let him file single ,once u are here he can go back and amend 3 years return and u will
get your money then

he can file married but filling separately, some states don't have the option to do so online so he might have to go to the center
