My priority Date is August 5th 2024 for Sijs.
The Final action date is : December 15th 2022 .
Date of Filing : January 01 2025.

Yes, you can file your I-485 now because your priority date is August 5, 2024, which is before the current EB-4 Date for Filing of January 1, 2025.
The Final Action Date is still December 15, 2022, so your green card cannot be approved yet, but you can submit your adjustment of status if USCIS is allowing EB-4 applicants to use the Date for Filing chart this month.
