is nothing . said you are ranked 21 base on files filled .but doesn't mean nothing.with this app you can be ranked N#1 and still waiting more than a Year to get approval.Lawfully is not Uscis

ok . currently for 130 is between 8 to 12 months waiting no matter what service center you have .for 485 can take between 8 and 24 months .but nowadays bthe cases work with UScis pace.you can wait your work permit in 7 months .but is a lottery.you don't know exactly when or how.

the cases in the beginning of 2021 are in backlog so can be your case be approved first than mine
