Some hope for Texas I-751 filers?!
I have been following I-751 approvals at the Texas Service Center for months. My case is pending with no updates since Oct 8th 2021. Typically I’ve been seeing roughly 0-10 I-751 cases being approved or RFE’d per week in Texas. However, according to Casegreen and confirmed by Case Tracker there has been a HUGE uptick in I-751s being worked on in the last week: 149 Approved 17 RFE 4 Transferred The ones that have been approved most recently seemed to have been filed early October 2021, up to October 5/6th. I’m hoping this momentum continues and I get some news on my case soon. But I wanted to share for anyone else in a similar position to me. #I-751 #SRC #TexasServiceCenter

Unless you or your spouse is military I’d say your looking at the standard wait of 2.5-3 years unfortunately.

@alex T No real information, sorry. But it looks like you applied for you N-400 concurrently so it’s typical that cases get transferred, from what I’ve seen that is usually followed by a decision/interview. Good luck!

Sorry Alex, I’m not sure. Not knowledgeable enough to give you any good advice here, but I do wish you luck.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

@My . Look to be working through early Oct 2021. Lets hope they continue to do so and it wasn’t just an end of month push. They just increased average processing time again to 30 months.

@Danny Adams it looks like the src229008…… are from Oct 15/2021. I’m wondering if they keep the order they receive the cases or the order from the biometrics. :/

No idea how they prioritize, but the momentum has continued. Lots more have been approved this past week, working through the back end of 10/7 and 10/8 from what I can tell.
