did you check the box to receive a social? if you did just wait if you dint check it then go to social security

I did not fill the application, it was filled by my lawyer and i think she does, mondsy im gonna ask her

so it should be coming if your lawyer checked it

Call the SS office to confirm. your A number will be asked to know if it was issued on not. with that you can apply for it yourself.

did you get approved from an expedite? I don't know if im wrong but I realized that they only send the SSN together if it was approved from an expedite.

ohhh so I think they only send the SSN for expedite. I have seen some cases here and I realized it. if I were your I would go to the social security office. You probably won't receive it unless you order one.

it took one month after we got the ead to get our ssn in the mail

no we didn’t expedite our first one. and when we called ss they told us not to do anything cause it would cause an issue if they gave him 2 dif socials since Uscis put in for one. that they have 30 days to get it out after approval

I indicated for SSN and I never receive it 38 days after EAD was approved until I booked an appointment at my local SS office. Some get delivered and some never get delivered until you go to the office yourself to do a new SSN application.
