So tired of waiting
Why is the I-130 process taking so long? Our case has been in “actively reviewing” since August and we are just so tired. Has anyone’s moved out of this category recently? Need a bit of hope/motivation. Thanks

Did you contact them ? because they don’t send any notifications if they transfer the case to another SC

Hey Orla, I just requested to follow you there. In the meantime I tried to log in to my USCIS account to check the location but it isn’t working, I’ve seen a few other people having issues logging in lately so that is annoying!

ANBO, go to the USCIS website and ask Emma to chat with an agent live, and ask them where is your case is being processed?
renjul renjulJan 9, 2022

the only way to know where your case is truly located is to speak to a live agent
