So frustrated 2 years!
Has anyone had their case denied? Can you answer my questions about whether I can apply for another visa?
Do I lose status when my I-140 is denied? Do you know how long I have to try again for the visa?

Sorry to hear that. As you filed I-485 which is a clear immigrant intent, J-1, F-1 will be impossible. However, you can apply for H1B, O-1 etc without any problem.

What is your current status? If there is no underlying status, you will have to leave.

Sad to see. You can appeal if you feel your case is strong or you can reapply with another I-140 petition before I-485 gets denied. Discuss with your lawyer to see what your options are. Best of lucks
