There's really nothing you can do right now but wait. You might even get an RFE. Plus, waiting 300 days is completely normal at the moment. I know two friends whose cases have been pending for 310 days and 280 days, respectively. The review process has gotten stricter lately, and USCIS officers will be examining your case very thoroughly.
