There's really nothing you can do right now but wait. You might even get an RFE. Plus, waiting 300 days is completely normal at the moment. I know two friends whose cases have been pending for 310 days and 280 days, respectively. The review process has gotten stricter lately, and USCIS officers will be examining your case very thoroughly.

I see, for RFE, what kind of evidence might I expect them to ask? Is it about police records, or stuff?

Personal declaration, court hearing record. This depends on whether your family court judgment is just a structural order that does not contain any detailed facts to support the decision.

Ah I see. Also during these frightening immigration climate, do you think my non abusive parent whos a custodial parent of my case would generally be okay? I'm afraid that anything could happen to my custodial parent. Like USCIS only focuses on me and won't check my custodial parent's status will they?

USCIS says SIJ petitions are generally supposed to be adjudicated within 180 days, and the policy manual makes clear that the 180-day clock runs from the receipt date for the initial SIJ petition. So once the case is beyond that point, a follow-up is not premature.
