@Michael Steven 3 weeks and i only applied for g325a and selected that I want work permit in the section 3 of that form - so you don’t need to apply separately I put that it is 765 because this app doesn’t have option to put g325a

@Michael Steven 2-6 months and after approved it says its 2-4 weeks the ead so you automatically get ead approved no need to apply 765 if you select the box in the section 3 of the form

for me it’s been like 70 something days since my paperwork was sent and I haven’t gotten any feedback from them

I sent the g325a application to him on May 6 and he on June 6 I took biometrics and July 15 they denied the g325a and I received today 16 a letter saying that my category is not eligible for deferred action by the change of June 6

I didn't do everything right I had my i360 approved but as I told them it said it was Nevada for the new change of June 6

I won the i 360 on April 30, and it arrived without deferred action and applied on May 6 for the g325a and he on June 6 I did biometrics and on July 15 I got the application denied to explain or what I already told you

@Fabiano H Silvestre the thing is that we don’t know after the deferred action lawsuit maybe they will require everyone to file this , so maybe we are just two steps ahead
