How many weeks did you get the receipt for the 765 and the g325a?

@Michael Steven 3 weeks and i only applied for g325a and selected that I want work permit in the section 3 of that form - so you don’t need to apply separately I put that it is 765 because this app doesn’t have option to put g325a

@Michael Steven 2-6 months and after approved it says its 2-4 weeks the ead so you automatically get ead approved no need to apply 765 if you select the box in the section 3 of the form

@Fabiano H Silvestre it says case actively reviewed by uscis, maybe 3-5 months more , I applied before jun 6 maybe I get lucky .

@Fabiano H Silvestre not yet but if you include a hardship letter they may approve it , you don’t lose nothing trying .
