SIJS detainee by ICE
Hello everyone I’m just letting you know that SIJS also can be taken by ICE I was in detention for 2 months from December till beginning of February! This is so bad in there life is like a squid game series in there. I have never experienced that feeling before. I got detained after my criminal court in my city Pittsbugg. They detained me even tho criminal case was dismissed!!! They denied me bond release 2 times then on the 3rd one they gave me $1500 because I had a deferred action for period of 4 years. Same judge denied me 2 times then gave me after reading my I-360 approved and protected so silly!
FCK Trump administration!
When I got released they put me GPS tracking on my ankle and took my docs like CDL and ID staff!
Got it back recently after filling Habaues Corps!
Be careful guys out there stay safe April gave me alotta hope visa bulletin jumped for 1 yr advance Praice to be Allah!

My friend was deported while waiting for his PD to become current so he could apply for his green card. He had his SIJS approved and probably Deferred Action (he had ssn and work permit) his process had the same timeframe than mine and he would always talk about it, the only difference was that I was able to apply for my gc before the backlog and he had to wait a little bit more and got stock in the backlog. He got detained while working and signed self deportation after he was transferred I think to Texas, not sure if he tried to fight to stay bc I remember his brother mentioned the lawyer said his case was difficult and he decided to leave
He was someone from my church, some I knew personally, be safe everyone!
