Sijs deferred action
hey guys, I had a question regarding sijs deferred action. I got my I-360 approved in August 2025 but I did not deferred action. I heard the rules have changed and I can get work permit now. does anyone know the process? it would be really helpful if someone can help.

@md nazim hossain amal Do I have to fill out a form to apply for deferred action or just write a letter to them. or should i directly apply for work permit because someone recommended me that but I am not sure about that

I am in the same case but my case has been approved 5/12/2025 and until now I don’t have work permit please if anyone has any information about the change of th rule let me know
