you have to wait for the priority date to be current

it is all complicated right now because the bulletin visa had a retrogression to March 2019, so if you are July 2024 probably like 6 year or 7, but no one call tell with certainty. It all depends how the visa Bulletin moves. one thing is for sure that the new administration is not making it easy.
