I believe it only helps if the priority date is 2022. Then, since you made the request, you won't need to send anything else. But for now, they can't update your case. But I just think so. Ask your lawyer for an answer. But based on what the lawyers say, that's it.

você é brasileiro né? você provavelmente aplicou na mesma época que eu, quando o backlog ainda não estava afetando os brasileiros e por isso podíamos aplicar pro green card antes (agora não mais), eu também enviei os exames médicos um ano atrás porém assim que eles receberam eles pausaram meu caso e agora estou aqui esperando… não faço ideia de quando pode sair
