I heard you can do that if you case is taking too long

@ALE M did you have an interview for the green card? my lawyer told me they are always waived

@ALE M my suggestion is wait to the September/30/2026.. most probably you’ll get your green card before this date. or now you can do every month, asking to service request to uscis about your case decision!! if uscis didn’t approve your case before September 2026 then you can mandamus to uscis and make sure your lawyer should file mandamus!!

@Christian Desouza yes I did I know the usually don’t do interviews for sijs but that wasn’t my case
