just be patient it takes some people over a year. although it shouldn’t take this long uscis is know for this type of delays

I’ve been waiting for almost a year. I called and they told me to call in 15 days in order to talk to a tier 2 agent

@Gerardo garcia good luck trying to talk to a teir 2 agent bro he never called me submitted an inquiry waited the time they told me never called me just got an updated email that the inquiry was still processing but when I got that email that triggered something on USCIS side which the next couple days I was approved cause a new USCIS officer got assigned to my first inquiry I had made 5 months prior and my case was approved cause of that inquiry…

@Egar Gomez They said a Tier 2 agent can’t speak with me unless my case has been pending for a year. They said that if I managed to send an inquiry or something they are just going to say that is still being processed

@Gerardo garcia did your permit work it was expired at this period time waiting? how you doing with the work, you still work with expired permit work authorization?
