yes, but your signature is not required for i140. That needs to be signed by petitioner that is your sponcering company

@G L It’s a self petitioned. I signed the forms just the cover letter is missing my signature

I only signed the forms but not the cover letter for my i140. this was for initial application not RFE.
mine got approved, no issues
