SIBLING PETITION FOR GREEN CARD
Hello friends,
One of my friend had filed a green card petition for his Sibling in 2014. The I-130 got approved in 2021 by USCIS. USCIS sent an approval letter and a notice saying that interview will be scheduled by local US Embassy. While contacting US Embassy they said they have not received the case from USCIS OR NVC.
Anyone here know what is going on and when will the interview be scheduled ??

because his pd is not current.when his pd will become current than nvc will send his case to us embassy of his country and then his interview will be scheduled.until he has to wait.you can check visa bulletin to see if his pd becomes current or not.

pd is the date when u file ur I130.
