Should I submit form I-693 before getting rfe
My i140 has been approved but I haven't heard anything since then . I submitted concurrently and my priority date is Mar 22 .
Should I submit form I 693 before getting an rfe? How long does it take after i140 approval to get medical rfe? I don't know why it's taking so long.

I know about an inter filing in which you will send I-693 after the I-485 submission. I asked my lawyer. He discouraged me to submit it now rather asked me to get it ready and wait for an RFE.

If you data is current you should receive soon. USCIS discourage sending without the RFE because it can get lost. You can ask Emma if your process is at NBC or if was transferred to a FO already.

wait for the RFE as you are required to send the original copy with your sealed medical that’s how they tie your medical back to your file. I filed my brothers case for him on Aug 10th and he got his RFE notice today which was fast, when I filed for myself in January I got my RFE in march so it really depends not only on the officer but the officer. you can still send it now and follow up with emma, it will be matched. many folks did this way and avoided RFE
