What did the RFE letter state?
i lJun 26, 2023
did they update you that they received your response?
Xander SpenceJun 26, 2023
@i l Yes they updated me on Nov 22nd and said they would continue review.

@D@ddyB Zuniga They were requesting a tax document (which I had already sent in btw but it seemed a needed to do a contract with addavits household member also).

@mo mass what day in November did they send RFE ? because seems we have the same exact timeline.
D@ddyB ZunigaJun 26, 2023
My letter stated differently... Mine said that they wanted my wife's tax documents and my co-sponsor 's tax returns to make a FINAL DECISION on my case.

@Xander Spence November 17 i got RFE
Xander SpenceJun 27, 2023
@mo mass I got it on the 15

@Xander Spence unfortunately our cases are not Current. we need to wait and it doesn’t feel good
Xander SpenceJun 27, 2023
@mo mass I know the feeling.
1. I had put in a service request and all they emailed me about a month after saying case will be reviewed and decision will be made soon.
2. Spoke to a customer service agent, and they said my case was recommended by service center to waive interview (but that still isn’t a certainty because local office is the one who will make that decision).
3. Spoke to another agent couple days ago when I was about to put in another service request and they stated that more than likely I will have a response by August 17, because by then it would be out of processing time. So I’ve put my mind on August so it doesn’t stress me out.
