Just happened to me (485 rfe), they wanted my medical exam and said my sponsor didn’t make enough so I had to get a co-sponsor. Took about a month to get everything together, sent it, they received it 12 days ago and I’m still waiting

Wait for check account. it could be medical, if you’re adjusting from F1 proof that you attended your school, entry. it could be anything but it’s likely gonna be medical.

if you’re Interview was waived, and you was sent a RFE. it’s a very good sign that they’re going to approve you once they’ve recieved the Evidence requested from you. it’s just a matter of when.

Good morning everyone. Thank you all for your thoughts and sharing. My medical was submitted with my application. I had sent all joint documents. I am assuming that they may want document up-to-date. I t can also be additional documents or even the resubmission of my medical.

Thank you soooo much. I have not yet been approved but this builds excitement. My case is almost 17 months old. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Guys, I pray on the regular. I even asked God to cover me with his blood because the wait was too overwhelming for me. GOD IS GOOD. I SERVE AN AWESOME GOD. GOD WILL SEE ALL OF US GET THROUGH THIS. 🙏

usually once they receive them wait 7 days you might get a response that fast as case approved. if not you’ll have to wait 60 days for your next response from them. i received RFE for medical sent it in and 7 days later case approved. good luck!

Appreciate this very much. I am hoping for a quick and favorable response. I am praying for us all. I cannot see what the RFE is as yet under documents . I am so eager to see what it is.
