SEVIS transfer and New I-20 while I-485 priority date being current
I'm a graduate student with F1 status and an approved I-140. I’m wondering if I have to transfer my SEVIS to another university and obtain a new I-20 while my priority date becomes current (meaning I’m eligible to apply for I-485 but haven't applied yet), will it be a problem? #F1 #SEVIS_TRANSFER #I-485

get the new i20 before you start the i485 process.

Just to be sure: So, if I don't apply for i485, then it is okay to get the new i120 although being current with priority date?
