how can one easily tell what service center is working on their case ?? still confused

It should be on your notice you initially recieved, unless it was transferred elsewhere. Texas Service center is actually further behind than the others.

I just saw that all my mail from them was coming from Missouri and I stay Wiscosin

I just check the notice now . it has NBC Missouri

@Davis otuegbe check at the bottom of the reciept but you can also speak to a live agent to see if it was teansferred.
