my pd is sep 13 I did my bio on October 28. both my i765 and i485 is saying actively reviewed for 3 months now

i believe they are still working on the March/April cases

March filer but nothing yet

it's kinda hard to tell because I have seen persons who file in August got their work permit. and they said that they did not expedite

PD Sep 9 2021, did bio Nov 2 2021 and got scheduled for interview in February 2022. Philadelphia FO Center:NBC

omar NY time is usually longer base on people I know because there’s so many applicants there

i have applied on Sept 3, got biometrics on January 6

did my biometric a day before yours but status only changed to actively being received since but my lawyers says I might have another 4montgs wait @soma what’s your FO?

Omar Thomas I think because I didn't file everything together lol.. I send my I-130 first than my I-485, after I applied for I-765. my I-130 was approved in April 29... lol

LM M what date did you file your work permit?

I filed my i-130 on August 14 2020 it's currently processing at California service center no update since. I filed my i-131,i-765 and i-485 on September 14 2021 and did my bio on October 28

everywhere seems to be far @omar it’s base on luck it seems because some people didn’t take long time while others do but so far it seems as if September filing is still in the back for another couple of months

yes it seems like it's a luck thing and it's hard to track

They don't really process marriage case on first come first pass basis, so after you did your biometric and passed background checks, your chance of getting interview scheduled is no different than those who filed before you.

my 485 receipt date is Sep 7th , 2021 and PD is July 07th , 2021.. I filed 485,765 and 131 together. I received biometric notification for 485,765 on 31 dec, 2021 and it will happens on 19th Jan, 2022. employer based filling under EB-3 and processing by NBC and FO is Sant Antonio, TX. I applied the same for my spouse on same dates, same forms. she also having bio on same date for same forms. just wanted to share my information here

sep 8th filed. bios oct 12th. RFE notice Jan 3rd. still not received the notice and no document online 😤 NBC. LA FO.
