Send AOS Package based on Future VB
I just noticed on Facebook that someone sent his AOS based on the upcoming VB (April) where the person will become current.
Would USCIS honor this application even if it arrives on the date (April 1) it becomes current?

@Sa O, I am wondering if that isn't "playing" the system. First, one is not current to file until April 1. Hence, if the person post stamps before April 1, I doubt if it is acceptable. Second, USCIS fee increase will take effect in April 1. If the person didn't submit with the new fees, then I wonder how USCIS will approach this filing.

@Rijo Rijo If your application gets there on April 1, then it must come with the new fees. Otherwise, rejection is looming.

@Sa O, good point. And if it gets there before April 1, and the applicant is not current to file, rejection is also looming 😀
