senator inquiry about my case
Hi guys in February 21 my senator reached out to uscis about my case and they replied that nothing was needed and my case was assigned with an officer and in 120 days they were going to complete the process but may 21 was the 120 days they promised to complete the case, should I reach out to the senator again? someone said if your lawmaker or if you inquired about your case they will delay your process.

@Rahim Kamara It doesn’t affect your case. Give it some time — after the senator gets involved, USCIS usually resolves it. Just wait a little longer for them to give you a response.

@Diana Castro thank you 🙏🏻 so no need to remind the senator again right?
