@oct19 rahman, yes my case was concurrently filled with I-140 premium (approved in a week) and with all documents including medical. No RFE, no EAD/AP. I-485 got transferred April 20th

I got the RFE for medical because my lawyer never told me we could send it at the beginning. Whst a waste of time. I got premium processing for the I-140 too, not sure it made a difference?

I got an email from congresswomen that my case is currently with long Island NY Field office, I am now very optimistic to hear something in 2-3weeks

@SRC but did you try to expedite? or is the normal process? did you ever received a message that it went from NBC to field/local office?

@Mrs B, No I didn't expedite, it's normal processing. I haven't received any other receipts after NBC. I had dropped a general request to congresswomen back on feb, they followed up and informed me Friday that my case is at FO. Since status has not changed again hopefully it will go back to NBC with approval.
