Seeking for the advise on DS-260
Hello everybody! I have got EB1A approve from USCIS and receivrd the letter from NVC with my case number. I have paid fees and tried to fill out the DS-260 form. But unfortunately it is inactive. I have sent requests to Ask NVC but in vain. no answer. Could you please guys advise what can I do? Thanks in advance!

I will suggest trying to connect with live agent while chatting with Emma on USCIS website. It might take some time but that's the best way to get answer. Good luck and congratulations

Hi, thanks for your reply. I tried, but my case is in NVC now, not in USICS. Unfortunately, NVC doesn't have live agent or phones.So I have not idea what to do.

you can send inquiry to NVC and they will reply within a week.

after how many days? i received my case number 2 days ago and mine is not active. should i wait 1 more day?

You have to pay fees now. And the DS-260 shold be available sfter NVC got the payment. I've paid NVC fees on 6 April, and still DS-260 form is not active.
