is the second RFE also for medical ? if so, yes it’s possible - USCIS is fully capable of losing the previous RFE response you shared .

@Ana Oliveira I feel you . the only bright side to an RFE is atleast a human has looked at your case . it’s been 6 months for me and no update - no RFE ,no approvals . I think country of origin also plays a part here . I know Iran born have much greater scrutiny . but USCIS will never share this publicly .

@Ana Oliveira are you from Brazil as well? just asking because of your last name! :) so, I had my first 140 denied and 12 days later, 485 as well. so I sent a motion, and a refile, which was approved.
