Second stage at time line. PD November 08,2022
My labor certificate took 11 months now without auditory, approved in October 2023 now I'm going to the second part, pray for me because I've reached the most difficult phase where everything is at a standstill with no progress in the bulletins but God is great! So I'm here to share my journey. Thank you

Quick question, so you are able to file for i140 but not able to file i485 due to the visa bulletin?

@ben jamin because the visa bulletin is not current for Eb3 unskilled so it's a waste of time to apply now and lose money on fees
