@777 777 first RFE: good faith marriage, good moral, proof that we lived together. second RFE: same thing!!! 😕Even thought I sent enough evidence at the first time… The thing is that my lawyer didn’t advice me to explain location, date etc for each picture of my ex abuser and I. So I pushed through and got more and more proofs for the second RFE. 🙏🙏🙏

All you need to do is send pictures and at the back you mention names of people there. Also if you have families and friends who could testify about your marriage it will go a long way maybe a pastor, I did send mine thou it was real but in less than 3wks my vawa was approved and my son 485 was fee waived

so little update. i got the RFE letter in the mail. they are requesting a proof that my son resided with me and the abuser for certain years 🤦🏻‍♀️ good moral character on my son, proof of abuse specifically on my son, and another RFE is for good moral character on myself for the second time.
