@a m I'm in this situation since may , when my submitted my 130 it went str8 to active review then a few weeks later I responded to an rfe for my us spouse birth certificate after that it went from RFE received to active review then silence since ..

@JENNIE . no , I'm referring to Case is actively being reviewed, usually at your second "case is being actively reviewed " it's approved however in my case and some I saw , it doesn't mean you're approved the next day etc

@K 🇹🇹 When a USCIS case is being actively reviewed, it indicates that the adjudicating officer is currently assessing the application. This stage comes after the initial application & receipt notice. It's when the case enters the pending status.
