@A A I’m not at the same FO but to be honest I feel that they will only work on 2023 cases .. I don’t know if you see how fast 2023 filers are getting approved.. they won’t more backlogs so they will keep the cases from 2020/2021/2022 waiting and only give attention to 2023

@roro April 2022 I see them. It’s crazy bc uscis are specific about processing time but approve cases in 40days. Make it make sense. Doesn’t clearing backlogs mean clearing cases submitted earlier. It’s like the whole organization don’t know what they’re doing. I feel bad for those who submitted earlier than I did.

@A A yes imagine that I submitted my medical RFE to FO 80 days ago and yesterday I had to call them to see what’s going on with my case and the agent told me my waiting time could be anywhere between 5-8 months in order to see any further action taken.. Congressman involved Tuesday and Wednesday he received their response and they stated that my case still within the normal processing times but it handled to an officer for review and they can’t tell him when they will give a decision.. no comment 😩

@roro April 2022 it’s really sad tbh. I’ve involved both congress and senate but non yeilded anything. People who get approvals after involving their reps are so lucky. I submitted 2medicals since February this year. they never found it received another request and I’m still waiting.

@A A hopefully you will hear something this month or next month max .. your case is outside the normal processing times at San Diego FO .. try to file outside normal processing inquiry .. the processing time for your FO is 15 months.. and you are close to two years since filing .. the email you will receive will include the FO where your case processing and if it’s at San Diego they will take an action very soon

@roro April 2022 I pray so soon and you aswell soon because I need to go back to school in the fall. I already placed an Inquiry and they mailed a response I should get it later today in the mail.

@A A 60 after I response a RFE medical exams and more evidences i-130 not updated yet. I live in Atlanta but my case is being processing in San Diego CA. how long did you send an inquiry? and how long days have passed after your response a rfe?

@onlytwo 🙂 I sent an inquiry on may 5th and they sent me a response on the same day, got the mail yesterday and it basically stated nott just a reattached the rfe I already responded to. The first courtesy medicals I responded in February, but they lost it, got an actual rfe April 10 responded on the 17th.

@A A that is suck. same situation for me. same field office. it have been 63 days since I responded the RFE and not updated yet.

@onlytwo 🙂 nothing yet. My case is now out of processing time. submitted a service request and a tier 2 was supposed to callback in 72hrs but no call.

@A A I’m so fucking mad about this . even see people getting approved with PD 2022 2023. my case is same like you oct 4 2021. it was in NBC after transferred to San Diego. but I live in Atlanta. my case will be outside processing time on Jun 8 2023.

@onlytwo 🙂 I did it on the uscis website. it’s really tough seeing people who filled after me get approved. Even in Atlanta where my case was transferred to San Diego from supposed backlog, people are getting approved and It feels like San Diego is not approving anyone at all. I’m tired

@A A finally somebody called you about your inquiry?

@onlytwo 🙂 nobody called. spoke to emma and the agent said they sent me an email about my inquiry but I didn’t get it. then she told me the content of the email and it just stated that I should respond to the Rfe they sent to me(Meanwhile I’ve responded already and uscis has received it). I’m waiting for 30days to send another Inquiry.

@A A so another RFE? about what? that RFE was uploaded to yours USCIS account? my case will be outside processing time this Wednesday. I’ll raise a request.

@onlytwo 🙂 no same rfe. So the first was a courtesy letter for medicals in January, the actual rfe for medicals and court disposition was in April I already responded to it and I mailed it in. I basically have to wait 60days to make an inquiry after responding to the rfe.

@A A I don’t know my situation is like you i live in Atlanta, but my case was transferred to San diego in January and they requested me medical en more evidences but after that my case was transferred from San Diego to National benefit center. well I don’t know. I think NBC gonna take a final decision based on San Diego review.

@onlytwo 🙂 From the last case inquiry i did it said still in San Diego and still processing. That’s it. It’s a good thing then since your case is now at NBC. Fingers crossed you get an approval in the next couple of days.

@onlytwo so I contacted emma on the 23rd about the rfe I sent on the 18th Aug, she said Rfe received, approved and card was sent to printer all on the 22nd. I got an update on the 23rd 25th card was mailed 29th card received so 7days from when I got an update to card delivered
