arrest record matter what was misdemeanor about make use it doesn’t trigger inadmissiblity

I traveled with RTD with a misdemeanor for parking violations which I was not involved my friend took my car and parked it infront of the fire lane I was issued a parking ticket because the car was registered under my name but I’m still out of the country

@luck bird your parking ticket is considered as civil citation? I recently got a traffic ticket for holding phone while i was driving( civil citation). is this going to be an issue for my pending GC or travel with Rtd?

I don’t think so since it’s not a crime

Well… I got arrested a few years ago but ended up being dismissed too, I am going to travel to Japan with RTD, I guess I will find it out on my own
