RTD i-131 Fee while i-485 pending
Hello guys, do I need to submit fee for i-131 if my i-485 (submitted on 30Sep24) is still pending ?

@DS T looks like you just got your travel document in august , are you sure you can apply for renewal that early, i talked to my lawyer when i applied for renewal he told me i can renew early as 120days

as far as I know starting April 1st the form I-765 and I-131 you need to pay when submitted your adjustment of status I-485 . double check before sending the forms or will be rejected
