ROP (FOIA) request in EOIR
hi, have anyone SUCCESSFULLY submitted a ROP request with Federal plaza court? i want to get my proceedings, but can’t get it….it’s been 6+ months.thank you

About 2 or 3 weeks ago, I heard an immigration attorney say that FOIA takes months to receive whatever you requested in that FOIA.

@Lilo Pelekai yes, but this is ROP request from the court, foia is done by seprate foia agency, ROP is done by court and it’s been 6 months already….
