are you sure about this 365 days research? USCIS always issue rfe for birth certificate if the one you submitted is not in compliance with the one on the site. Go to usa.travel.gov, select your country of birth and see the acceptable one. what’s your country of birth?

What do you mean? The accepted birth certificate has been known right from time. I submitted my birth certificate obtained from the National Population Commission and I haven't had any issues at all.

As I know, Your birth certificate is late issued 365 days after your birthdate. To solve this, you can do two affidavits of your parents to prove your birthdate and a secondary evidence documents with your full name, one of your parent’ names, and your birthdate. The secondary evidence docs can be your school record, resident records, etc. Remember to notarize all documents and translated versions. Hope this can help.

@Gucci G: I have the same problem with late-issued birth certificate (> 8 years) when filing I-485 form. My highly experienced attorneys give me these guidelines. Please be careful before you claim that I give misleading information. That is just one of my suggestions. Doing it or not is up to you.

if birth certificate issued after 365 days, an affidavit will require signing by 2 persons who were there at the time of birth. simple affidavit signed by 2 persons.
