@d s no I did applied inside the USA ! I didn’t get updated till the i360 was approved! was a long run but I had my work permit the first 9 months applying so I was working and doing my life ! sometime I have break downs

@Sal 25 make sure the civil surgeon you go to is USCIS approved they have a list in their website otherwise they might reject the Medical. and Yes any documents not in English have to be translated and make sure the translation is notarized otherwise they will reject it too. Best of luck!

I paid more than 300$ and be sure to get a copy of everything and the next copy u will get sealed. don't open it. Just send it to your lawyer to send off to uscis.

if you have insurance, see if they take your insurance if not ask the civil surgeon if they can take test from your PCP have your pcp run the test which is covered by insurance then have your records faxed to the civil surgeon they should be able to sign off and just charge you for the signature.
