yes you need to get it from your home country

I have already submitted the birth certificate along with i485 filing. I didn’t get why we need NaBC? is there a specific language on rfie that I need to look for NABc?

@Bo s if your birth registered with in 30 days of birth then you can get it and submit. if not , if you have late registered birth certificate then along with it you need 2 supporting affidavits, one from your parent other from your close relatives. if your birth is not registered then you need to approach your mandal/nearest revenue office for non availability of birth certificate along with 2 affidavits as said above. check above 3 rules what you might have missed.
